Colin worked as a Partner at DTZ’s (now Cushman and Wakefield) Corporate Real Estate Management Team as lead Director for key clients including, Barclays Bank, WH Smith, Sainsbury's, Vodafone and the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP)

He was appointed as Head of Real Estate at Maximus UK Services, overseeing the strategic and operational management of more than 150 offices and contact centres nationwide

Highly experienced in the Telecoms industry as a Regional Estates Manager at Orange PCS Ltd, acquiring new sites and technological upgrades and managing the existing portfolio of 2000+ telecommunication sites

Experience with the new Electronic Communications Code

Professionally trained at Coventry City Council dealing with their office, industrial and retail portfolio and Right to Buy valuations
